“I guesd this was the best value for money I managed to find. The hitel has a great location - you need ro walk a little to the buss/metro (5-7 mins) and same to catch a cab. It's easy to find and there's an elevator. Once you get to the hotel you'll need to climb some stairs to get to your room. The rooms are clean, the cleaner comes every morning to make the bed ( not very necessary for me) and to empty the bin and tidy up. It was quite cold ( 28th of April-3rd of May) The wi-fi worked smoothly and we had hot watter all the time. There were constantly some sort of noises ( can be covered by earplugs). The receptionist has some knowledge of english”

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything: restaurants, shops, public transport, and the main attractions. Ideal for exploring Madrid on foot. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and quiet, making the stay as pleasant as it is convenient. The hostel maintains excellent standards of hygiene and attention to detail. What truly makes the difference is the friendliness of the staff—always helpful, attentive, and welcoming, making you feel at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and their experience. Definitely a place I will return to on every visit to Madrid and one I highly recommend. A real gem!”

“Lovely hostal in central Madrid. The room was very reasonably priced, clean and nice, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel clerk was friendly and helpful and made our stay feel much more homely. Definitely recommend if you want something simple but high quality.”

“A cosy place, feels like home. Perfect location for walking tours. Professional stuff that will not engage in communication more than needed, keeping the place neat and clean (they regularly clean the rooms). Would visit it again!”
